Rice with peppers
Instructions
Saute in oil the peeled peppers and diced with chopped garlic and onion.
Add the tomato pulp, salt and pepper, Cook for about 20 minutes and add the olives pitted and cut in half.
Cook the rice al dente in salted water, season with pepper sauce and serve.

- 400 g of rice
- 2 peppers
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- 50 g of black olives
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
