Instructions
Fry chopped shallots in a little oil, add the artichokes, cleaned and cut into thin slices, add salt and add the rice.
Brought to hand by cooking the vegetable broth.
Sprinkle with white pepper, add the parsley and serve.

- 3 artichokes
- 1 shallot
