Rigatoni with potatoes (2)
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in salted water.
Shortly before the end of cooking add the rigatoni and the Arugula and washed.
Prepare a sauce take garlic and onion in the oil and add the tomato paste.
To thicken the sauce.
Drain potatoes, rigatoni and rocket when i will be al dente rigatoni.
Drizzle with the sauce and grated pecorino cheese.

- 100 g of arugula salad
- 500 g of tomato paste
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Grated pecorino cheese
