Instructions
In a saucepan, heat a cup of water with butter and a pinch of salt. When it boils, pour the flour, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture, incorporate 2 beaten eggs, sugar and a little grated lemon rind. Put the oil in a large frying pan and, before it begins to smoke, add the mixture spoon.
