Rigatoni alla crema
Instructions
Work in the butter cream then incorporate the ricotta and mascarpone cheese, stirring vigorously.
Combine the chopped ham very finely and mix the cream.
Boil the rigatoni in boiling salted water, drain and toss with the cream and the Parmesan cheese.

- 350 g of type rigatoni pasta
- 50 g of soft butter
- 100 g of ricotta
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 50 g of ham
- Salt
- Grated parmesan cheese
