Instructions

Peel the potatoes and slice them thin.

In a bowl, mix the flour with the egg yolk and lots of beer, how much it takes to get a fluid cream, season with salt and add 1 tablespoon of oil.

Incorporate the egg whites to the batter.

Dip potato slices in batter and FRY in plenty of hot oil.

Remove the meat from the fire as they appear crisp and golden.

Season with salt and serve well-heated.
