Instructions
Mix the ricotta with the eggs, sugar, orange liqueur, half the grated orange peel and flour.
Form meatballs, dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
FRY in a pan with plenty of oil and serve sprinkled with icing sugar, mixed with the remaining grated orange zest.

- 250 g of roman ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of orange liqueur
- 1 orange (zest)
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Breadcrumbs
- Abundant of olive oil
- Icing sugar
