Almond pastry cream puffs
Instructions
Blanched almonds in boiling water, peel them and chop until you have a fine powder.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar then add very slowly, stirring it carefully because it does not form lumps, the flour, chocolate and almonds.

- 140 g of almond
- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of grated plain chocolate
