Instructions
For 50 pieces: Reduce to flour, to the mixer, the almonds with 150 g of sugar.
In a bowl, mix together the rest of the sugar, 100 g of the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Stir almonds so much egg white just enough to obtain a dough.
Deponetelo spoon on pastry Board sprinkled with icing sugar, forming diamonds approximately 6 cm long.
Place on communion wafers and put them on one or more plates.
Leave them like this for 24 hours, then finish drying them in the oven to 50 degrees for 15 minutes.
Trimmed part of communion wafers that sticks out and sprinkle the ricciarelli with plenty of powdered sugar.
