Fave cream queens
Instructions
Peel the beans and boil for a few minutes in boiling salted water until tender, then that will drain and blend.
Mince the garlic with the fennel and red pepper and fry it in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, drain and dress with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and the cream of Fava Beans.
Arrange in layers in a baking dish, alternating with the oiled mix of garlic and crumbled cheese, and pass under the grill hot oven for 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta queens
- 800 g of fave
- 50 g of fennel
- 150 g of seasoned goat cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- 1 fresh spicy chili
