Instructions
Rinse the strawberries (you left attacked the petioles) and dry them well.
Mix in a bowl the flour with the egg yolks (egg whites), a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Diluted little by little with the milk and mix well until you obtain a smooth batter and smooth.
Whip egg whites until foamy, and blend the mixture gently.
Place a strawberry at a time into the batter, holding it to the petiole, then tuffatela in plenty of hot oil.
When they are well browned, drain the strawberries, drain and serve hot, after optionally sprinkled with icing sugar.

- 500 g of strawberries
- 350 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50 cl of milk
- Abundant of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar (optional)
