Fruit cream puffs
Instructions
Work the flour with the egg, a tablespoon of olive oil and yeast dissolved in half a glass of water.
Leave the batter for about 1 hour.
Clean, peeling fruit, cut it into slices, dip it in batter and FRY in hot oil.
Sprinkle fried fruits with icing sugar and serve warm.

- 125 g of flour
- 1 egg
- 10 g of brewer's yeast
- Olive oil
- Icing sugar
- Fruit to taste
