Prepare a batter with flour, sugar, lard, eggs and a little water and knead the mixture until it is smooth and pliable.
Roll out a sheet very thin and cut into discs of approximately 10 cm.
Place on each disc a spoonful of Nutella, fold it back up in half and seal edges by pressing with a fork.
Cook the ravioli in boiling oil or fried in oven.
