Date ravioli
Instructions
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut of 8 diskettes cm in diameter.
Rattle off the dates and cut into small pieces.
Brown them in butter and allow to cool.
Put a spoonful of dates on each disk of dough and fold cables shaped Ravioli.
Press the edges to seal them.
Fry the ravioli in plenty of hot oil, drain them with a skimmer and place them on a tray.
Sprinkle them with icing sugar before serving.

- 300 g of short pastry ready
- 450 g of dates
- 50 g of butter
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Icing sugar
