Mix a part of radicchio with cheese, salt and pepper.
Fill with the mixture of 10 cm squares on each side of fresh egg noodles (eggs and flour) and derive ravioli; Cook in boiling salted water.
Meanwhile Brown in a pan with a little olive oil, red onion, add the radicchio and brasarlo for a few minutes.
Grill the bacon and add to the radicchio in the Pan, drain the ravioli and sauté in a pan to mix well with the sauce.
