Ratatouille en salade
Instructions
FRY in 1/2 glass of olive oil, chopped onions, 2 Add 2 aubergines, cut into cubes and drain under salt, 2 red peppers, cut into thin slices, cover and cook for 40 minutes on low heat.
Add 4 ripe tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, minced 12 coriander seeds, salt, pepper and cook until the tomatoes are not discarding.
Leave to cool and garnish with parsley and Basil both crushed.
