Instructions

Clean and wash all vegetables, cut it into slices more or less large.

Then FRY the onion in oil and butter, add the vegetables, except tomatoes touches that will be added later, then cook over a moderate heat, add salt and pepper, almost finished cooking, add the tomatoes, serve warm with a sprinkle of ratatouille chopped parsley and basil.
