Instructions
Rehydrate the granules.
Fry over low heat in olive oil onion and chopped ham for 10 minutes.
Add the wine and let it evaporate.
Combine the tomatoes and proceed with granules and cooking for 25-30 minutes over a low heat until the sauce is thickened.
Season with salt and pepper.

- 50 g of ham
- 150 g of peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
- 1/2 onion
- Seed oil
