Instructions
Clean, wash and coarsely chop all the vegetables and mix well in a bowl with the minced meat finely chopped pancetta.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, combine the meat with Bacon and FRY to moderate flame for 10 minutes, pour the milk, keepn half, add the chopped vegetables, tomatoes, salt and pepper and half a glass of warm broth.
lncoperchiate, lower the heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, adding a little broth during cooking time.
Continue cooking until the sauce will be very restricted.

- 100 g of minced pork meat
- 100 g of minced veal meat
- 50 g of finely chopped bacon
- 50 g of butter
- 300 g of peeled ripe tomatoes deprived of seeds and chopped (or canned tomatoes)
- 1 onion
- 1 small carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 glass of broth
- 1 glass of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
