Red radicchio crust
Instructions
Peel the chicory leaving adult heads, brush with oil and cook them on the grill, when slightly salted and dried pepper.
Once you've thawed puff pastry and roll out into many rectangles as there are heads of radicchio.
Arrange each tuft on browse and wrap with care.
Arrange the dumplings, brushed with egg yolk diluted with a teaspoon of water, on buttered plate and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes, until taking a golden color.
Serve.

- 6 tufts of radicchio di treviso
- 2 bottles of frozen puff pastry
- 1 egg
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
