Radicchio and grana
Instructions
Wash the lettuce leaving adult heads; arrange in a baking dish, cover them with the cream, add salt and pepper; leave it in a hot oven until the radicchio becomes soft.
Withdrawn, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Back in the oven and remove when the cheese has melted.

- 1/2 cup of cooking cream
- 140 g of grana
- Salt
