Shredded radicchio and cook with oil.
Salt, drain them and pass the Mashers.
Finely chop the walnuts walnuts.
Mix together mascarpone mashed radicchio and the walnuts add a bit of grappa.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the mousse in glass coppettine at the bottom of which you will have laid the leaves of radicchio.
