Parmesan radicchio
Instructions
Delete most of the outer leaves that you will use for a salad and prepare only the hearts of the radicchio.
Boil for a few minutes and let them dry on a kitchen towel.
Place in a buttered baking dish, add salt and pepper, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and spread on the surface the whole flakes and butter in tassels.
Let Cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

- 30 g of butter
