Radicchio al grana
Instructions
Clean, wash and dry the radicchio and cut thinly.
Slice the leek.
Reduced to thin the grain flakes.
Put everything in a bowl and mix well.
Drizzle with a vinaigrette prepared banging 4 tablespoons oil with 2 of vinegar, salt and pepper.

- 300 g of radicchio rosso
- 1 leek
- 100 g of grana
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
