Quiche pears
Instructions
Set the oven to 200 degrees and meanwhile roll out the pastry for quiche to make it thin.
Then lined the inside a baking pan previously greased with butter, baked with pasta.
Peel and remove the core from a PEAR and cut into cubes.
Stir together the Roquefort with the ricotta, add the eggs, cream, tarragon, salt and pepper to taste, add the pears, diced pear.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and spread nicely over the dough.
Peel and cut into slices other pears, fixing so decorative.
Brush with melted butter and browned in the oven for about 20 minutes, leave in the oven to rest, and then put your quiche.

- 200 g of dough for quiche
- 3 pere deans
- 60 g of roquefort cheese (or cheese or gorgonzola)
- 60 g of ricotta
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons of tarragon
- 13 cl of whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon of melted butter
