Rabbit and vegetable quiche
Instructions
Prepare the dough with the listed ingredients, roll out the dough into a thin sheet and use it to coat the bottom and sides of a baking sheet of 26 cm diameter, greased and floured.

Cover with cream, mixed eggs and spices, garnished with kidneys, previously soaked and drained and spent in the oven (200 degrees) for 45-50 minutes.
