Instructions

Put in a saucepan of water and butter to a boil, Add flour and mix.

When you detach from the Pan remove from heat and add two eggs and mix very strong.

If the dough is hard, add another egg mounted to snow.

Put on a plate to teaspoons dough and make them the size of chestnuts.

Bake very hot for 5 or 10 minutes and fill with cream.
