Instructions
Bake the potatoes the day before, Peel and use.
Mix the cheese, egg, flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla powder and grated lemon zest with the potatoes.
Put the raisins in warm water until it swell, then drain it, dry it, add all the other ingredients if the dough doesn't come off from the bowl, add more flour.
Cut the dough with a spoon, and giving it an oval shape.
Fry the cakes on both sides until golden tone.
Spolverarle with powdered sugar while still warm.
They are delicious served with Apple jam.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of powdery potato baked
- 250 g of creamed ricotta
- 1 egg
- 50-75 g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- Lemon zest
- 100 g of sultanas
- 100 g of butter
- Icing sugar to sprinkle
