Instructions
Prepare the cookie dough dough as in previous recipe and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Divide in two equal parts the rectangle and brush with Grand Marnier.
Stir the custard with Nutella, spread on one half of the cream cookie loaf and cover with what remains.
Cut with a knife drawing of ricoprirete squares with a glaze prepared with the ingredients mentioned above.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 3 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 100 g of white flour
- 250 g of custard
- 120 g of nutella
- Grand marnier
- For the frosting:
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 1 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 2 drops of water
