Instructions

Boil the beets in salted water.

Drain and cut into pieces.

Crush the garlic and whisk it with mustard and lemon juice.

Combine the yoghurt, whisking slowly and drop you off flush with the oil.

Emulsify the sauce and then mix in the cream, salt, pepper, capers and parsley.

Season the chard with the sauce.
