Lemon Pudding (Pudding di Limone)
Instructions
Thaw the berries.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar, producing a compound white and fluffy.
Then incorporated into this order cold melted butter, 2 lemons juice and grated zest of half, flour mixed with baking powder and milk.
Grease and flour a cake from the edges, place at the bottom about half the berries with three slices of lemon.
Sprinkled with 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or 2 tablespoons syrup, made with 2 tablespoons sugar and water, heated on the fire for a few seconds).
Stir the mixture previously prepared the egg whites very firm, stirring with a fork from top to bottom and vice versa, so that they do not unmount user.
Pour it into the mold over the berries and cook in the oven at 180 degrees already warm for about 40 minutes.
Let the cake cool before you pull out.
Serve warm or cold, garnished with the remaining berries and with very thin slices of lemon.

- 150 g of flour
- 125 g of berries
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 15 cl of milk
- 2 cl of maple syrup
- 3 lemons
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of baking powder
