Boil the spinach, drain thoroughly, and used only the shores cut into small pieces.
Place in a buttered baking dish in alternating layers of béchamel sauce and sprinkling them with grated cheese.
Finish sprinkling the last layer of coastline with plenty of cheese.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
