Rich ham with melon
Instructions
Check out all the flesh of the melon and cut into cubes, being careful not to lose the runny juice during the operation.
To keep it, simply place the cutting board over a large plate.
Clean and gently spun the salad.
Eliminated from the big leaves of Arugula the clearer part of the stems and cut each into strips.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan holding the high heat and, when the Pan is very hot, throw yourself through switch the bread cut into cubes.
To make the bread dori on all sides, shake the Pan every now and then.
Coarsely chop the walnuts to chop the nuts and cut the ham into strips after possibly removing the fat.
In a small bowl mix the remaining olive oil, 2 tablespoons of melon and ingredients provided for condiment.
Place the salad in a serving dish or 2 plates and put over all other ingredients.
Pour the sauce and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of arugula salad
- 1/2 ripe melon
- 80 g of bread
- 100 g of mountain ham
- 6 walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of strong mustard
- Black pepper grinder
- Salt
