Ham in madera
Instructions
Put the slices of ham on a heat-resistant dish, posatele over a saucepan of boiling water and steam scaldatele.
Meanwhile prepare the Madeira sauce: in a small saucepan, place the roast and deglassatelo sauce with Madeira.
Then add a glass of warm water in which you will loose the meat extract.
Simmer for a few minutes, then add to the butter sauce handled with the flour.
Mix the sauce with the whisk until it is frothy, then pour on the hot ham and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of prague ham smoked
- 1 cup of roast sauce
- 4 tablespoons of madeira wine
- 1 teaspoon of meat extract
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 20 g of butter
- Salt
