Instructions

Tap the meat slices, lay on each, 1/2 slice of mortadella and mozzarella cubes, then fold in half forming of portfolios that will be secured with toothpicks.

Far foaming butter in a large Nonstick Skillet and place the portfolios, causing them to Brown on both sides.
