Mustard leeks
Instructions
Clean the leek, wash them, dry them and let them simmer with little broth for about 10 minutes.
Drain and arrange in a baking pan, oil irrorarli and pass them in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, turning them until they a couple of times.
Prepare a sauce from mustard with the vinegar, salt, pepper and oil with wire until you get a soft cream.
Churning the leeks, cut in half and arrange them on the serving dish, irrorarli with the sauce and serve.

- 8 leeks
- 3 teaspoons of mustard
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Vegetable broth
- 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
