Leeks with ham
Instructions
Delete the green part of leeks, wash and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
Drain them so they lose more water as possible.
In a saucepan heat half the butter and let the fat part of the ham, lay leeks in two layers, let them cook to moderate heat, add salt and pepper.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce with the remaining butter, flour and milk.
Eventually incorporated the grated gruyere.
When the leeks are cooked, turn off, lay it over the ham slices and cover with the sauce.
Distributed on the surface some butter flakes, sprinkle with two tablespoons of grated cheese and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

- 100 g of ham
- 70 g of butter
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- 50 g of flour
- 50 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
- Salt
