Leeks with tomato sauce (2)
Instructions
Clean and cut leeks into small pieces.
Burned for a few seconds in boiling salted water and drain.
Fry them in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil, then add the tomatoes, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of chili and salt.
Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes then add olives, pitted and coarsely chopped.
Cook for another 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and stir well before serving.

- 1000 g of leeks
- 400 g of tomato pulp
- 20 black olives
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 == Pto Oregano
- 1 pinch of chili
- Salt
- Chopped parsley
