Leeks with tomato sauce
Instructions
Peel the shallots, tritatelo and let it dry in a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil and half a glass of water.
After a few minutes add the tomatoes peeled and sliced, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
Make season bright flame sprayed with wine, evaporate, lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Peel leeks, wash them carefully, cut them into thin slices, boil in salted water.
Drain them well, put them in the pan with the tomatoes, cover and steam for 15 minutes.
