Grapefruits of queen
Instructions
Cut grapefruit to 3/4 of their height, depriving them of top cover and empty with a special scooper.
Release the segments of the skin and seeds and reduce them in pieces.
Pick them up in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar and kirsch and let stand for 30 minutes.
Fill with grapefruit pulp drained them, fill them with the egg whites very firm and place under the grill in the oven for 5 minutes.
Decorate with cherries.

- 6 grapefruits
- 3 egg whites
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 1 dram of kirsch
- 6 maraschino cherries to
