Blancmange with chestnuts
Instructions
Whip the cream with the sugar and incorporate them with mascarpone cream worked.
Cook the sugar, pre-cooked chestnuts with little vin santo.
Serve in the Cup, with white foam and sprinkle with grated lemon zest and powdered cocoa.
