Summer cold meatloaf with thermomix
Instructions
Insert in the hole of the lid jug with blades in motion speed 6, paprika, parsley, onion and continues for 3 minutes.
Add the breadcrumbs, cheese, milk, egg, salt and pepper and blend for 10 seconds at speed 6.
Combine the meat: 5 speed for 15 seconds, and spatulate.
Form the meat loaf and pop it into the Varoma oiled.
Add in the water jug: 30 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 3.
After 6 minutes place the Varoma lid and cooking ends; remove the Varoma and leave to cool.
When the meatloaf is completely cool, cut it into thin slices and serve with mayonnaise and other sauces to taste.
Tips: If you want before cutting it into slices, you can gratinarlo in the oven at 200 degrees temperature for 10 minutes.

- 400 g of minced veal
- 1 egg

- 40 g of breadcrumbs

- 30 g of parmigiano

- 100 cl of water
