Meatloaf stuffed with thermomix
Instructions
Insert in the hole of the lid jug with blades moving at speed 6 garlic and parsley: 3 seconds speed 6.
Add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, meat, salt and pepper and mix for 15 seconds at speed 2.
Stretch out the mixture on aluminum foil and farciscilo with the ham and cheese slices.
Wrap it around helping you with the foil and pop it in the Varoma oiled, removing the foil.
Add in the water jug: 6 minutes on 100 speed temperature 1.
Place your Thermomix TM 31 and cook for 30 minutes at Varoma temperature 1 speed.
Tips: to taste in mixing bowl instead of water, you can cook a soup or a sauce.

- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 4 sottilette cheese
- 2 slices of ham
- 500 g of minced veal
- 50 cl of water
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Pepper
