Homemade veal meatloaf
Instructions
In a bowl mix the meat with chopped ham, beaten eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Make a ball and, infarinandola, give an elongated shape.
In a pan heat butter and olive oil, carefully a saucepan, chopped onion, carrot and celery.
Add the meatloaf and Brown on all sides.
Add the tomato paste diluted with hot water and stir.
Cover and simmer slowly for about an hour.
Cut the meatloaf into slices not too thin and cover with the sauce.
