Instructions

Remove the crust from the bread and cut into dadolini.

Combine in a bowl the meat, bread, tomato juice, eggs, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.

Mix and place in a greased pan.

Put in oven at 180 degrees already warm and cook for more than 1 hour serve hot or cold, accompanied with tomato sauce or mayonnaise sauce.
