Easy meatballs
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk, reduce it to a pulp and add to the ground beef, egg, parmesan and parsley.
Add salt and mix well.
Form with the mixture of meat patties to a baking sheet with 1/2 chopped onions, tomatoes and a little oil.
Sprinkle with salt and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 300 g of stuffings
- 1 sandwich
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 shot of milk
- 1 egg
- Chopped parsley
- 6 sauce tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- Olive oil
- Salt
