Turkey meatballs and eggplant
Instructions
Fry the Aubergine slices and place them on a paper towel.
Fry the Turkey Meatballs and place one on each slice of Eggplant.
Decorated with a leaf of Basil and stops with a toothpick.
Arrange in a greased baking dish, cover with tomato sauce sprinkled with grated Parmesan and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
Serve immediately.

- 20 meatballs of turkey flesh

- 50 g of parmigiano
