Instructions

Chop the fish, well, pine nuts and raisins.

Add the Parmesan, the egg, a handful of chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Mix well all the ingredients and add breadcrumbs if the dough is too soft.

Form balls and roll in flour.

Fry them in plenty of hot oil and remove the meat with a skimmer when golden brown.
