Tomato meatballs
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk.
Scald the tomatoes, Peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
Squeeze the bread, crumble and place in a bowl.
Stir in the egg, 2 tablespoons flour, tomatoes, spring onions and chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture and form oval patties.
FRY in abundant boiling oil and pass them in kitchen paper before serving.

- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 450 g of stale bread
- 1 egg
- 4 spring onions
- Milk
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
