Instructions

Prepare a batter with 200 g of flour, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons oil, salt and pepper.

Combine white wine, enough to get a thick cream and 2 egg whites.

Chop the cod and mix with boiled potatoes, plenty of nutmeg, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper.

Form meatballs with this mixture, dip in batter and FRY in hot oil.
